Conflict of Interest Management Plans

UT Health Science Center physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical, medical device, or other companies to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical education about recent trends. These interactions, which are often provide compensation to the individual, are reviewed as part of our Conflict of Interest policy. In the interests of transparency to the public, including our patients, following is a listing of those physicians and scientists, as well as their immediate family members, who have such relationships and with whom we have entered into a management plan. The purpose of the management plan is to ensure that any bias or appearance of bias has been eliminated.

We have made every attempt to make this list as accurate as possible with information received for the calendar year 2010 as well as any updates. To learn more about the Health Science Center’s policies on conflicts of interest including collaborations with industry please refer to the links provided on the left side of this page.
