ReACH features a partnership with the University Health System (UHS), a comprehensive health care system that focuses on meeting the health care needs of all residents of Bexar County. 

Through the UHS's contract with CareLink, a financial assistance program for thousands of uninsured persons in Bexar County that is supported by county taxes, UHS is well positioned to become an Accountable Care Organization for low income persons with the potential to increase the value of taxpayer dollars by investing in comprehensive, coordinated primary care.
