pdf logo Certification of Proposal (COP)-The COP is an internal form that is required on all formal proposals for external support and for contracts (which were not the result of formal proposals) which provide funding. The COP may also be required by OSP staff when additional funding is made on an existing agreement or when other circumstances dictate its use.

STHRC - South Texas Health Research Center
SACI - San Antonio Cancer Institute
SALSI - San Antonio Life Sciences Institute
These should be submitted directly to the departmental office offering the grant. When the grant is awarded then a copy of the proposal should be submitted to the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) along with a COP.
