Unless otherwise noted, deadlines included here are SPONSOR deadlines. In most cases, proposals are due to OSP at least 3 business days before sponsor deadlines. Please click here for complete details on OSP internal submission deadlines.

These calendars are not intended to be comprehensive lists of ALL proposal submission deadlines relevant to UTHSCSA. If you have questions about a deadline not included here, contact Pepper Cumming or consult the specific funding opportunity program announcement. Likewise, please bear in mind that deadlines are subject to change. While OSP will keep this information as up-to-date and accurate as possible, it is the responsibility of the applicant to confirm any pertinent deadlines. Please be sure to consult the appropriate program announcement and/or sponsor in advance.

Each monthly calendar is a PDF document that can be opened for easy viewing and printing. With the exception of NIH funding opportunities, those included in the calendar link directly to the sponsor's website and/or FOA (funding opportunity announcement), if available. In addition, details on most funding opportunities included in the calendars were sent out via the OSP ListServ; past message can be viewed in the OSP ListServ Archives.

As many of the deadlines will recur annually around the same time, past months' calendars will remain on this page for at least one year in an effort to assist HSC staff in planning for proposal submission from one year to the next.
