notices are revised periodically; therefore, it is essential that applicants
review the additional information before preparing an application for
any items or issues that could affect the acceptance and review of his/her
application.

A listing by institution and PI of upcoming progress
reports due to NIH, you will need the HSC's IPF number - 0578418
- to conduct this search.
eRA Commons.
With the move toward electronic submission NIH
has developed a website called eRA Commons. NIH
Principal Investigators registered with the eRA Commons will be
allowed to review the current status of all their grant applications
and review detailed information associated with their grants.
Commons-registered PIs will also have access to pre-populated
face pages for their progress reports.
Sponsored Programs
encourages all PI’s with a Progress Report due within
the next two months to register
with the eRA Commons as soon as possible. If you would like

OSP Staff Post Awards Fund Assignments
Post award assignments are distributed among
the OSP staff based on the PeopleSoft fund chart field.

Certification of Proposal- COP
In order to provide your proposal with signature,
Sponsored Programs needs a completed and signed COP with the necessary
approvals and approval letters (humans, animals, safety).
The Principal
Investigator is required to prepare and submit a final progress
report within 90 days of the end of grant support unless an
extension is granted by the OSP. Please review the grant award
notice for information regarding this final report. Information
can also be found in the NIH Grants Policy Statement: http://grants1.nih.gov/grants/policy/policy.htm.
Please note that while the final progress report does not need
to be reviewed by the HSC Office Sponsored Programs staff please
send a copy for our files.
The HSC
Office of Sponsored Programs will prepare and submit the final
Financial Status Report and Final Invention Statement and Certification
within 90 days of the end of grant support unless an extension
is granted by the OSP.
Failure to submit timely and accurate final
reports may affect future funding to the organization or awards
with the same PI.

Sponsored Programs requires a copy of the proposal
within five days of its submission.
