NIH Seminar, General Information

CONFERENCE LOCATION
The conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, situated on the banks of the Riverwalk in downtown San Antonio. A block of rooms has been held at a special conference rate. Prior to March 1, 2008, you will be able to book your hotel room online during the registration process; following March 1st, you will need to contact the hotel directly to discuss room availability. REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Your registration fee includes two continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, two luncheons, a reception, and all program materials. Advance registration is encouraged. Minimum and maximum numbers have been established for this conference and the computer labs. Please register early to avoid disappointment.

REGISTRATION FEE - $300
Optional Computer Lab sessions will be available for an additional fee of $75 per session (morning or afternoon).

         Please be sure to include the name(s) of registrant(s) when sending a check.
Checks should be made payable to The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, you must send written notice to UTHSCSA Office of Sponsored Programs or call: (210) 567-2340, fax (210) 567-2344. Cancellations made by February 25, 2008 will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after February 25th are responsible for the entire registration fee. Substitutions, however, may be made at any time by accessing your completed online registration and following the instructions provided.
