As part of the Office of the Institutional Review Board's (OIRB) Quality Improvement (QI) initiative, we have designed feedback surveys intended to measure your perceptions of the services provided by the OIRB and your experiences with its staff. We would appreciate your taking a few minutes to complete a feedback survey (or two, etc.). The information you provide will allow us to complete an Evaluation of the OIRB in order to better serve you in the future.
Completion of the surveys is voluntary and confidential. We ask that no identifying information be included (such as protocol numbers, names, departments, etc.).
