Who needs to complete the form?
Participation is not mandatory. Our purpose is to provide information to our patient & client base in South and South Central Texas (and beyond), and our hope is that this will accomplish two goals: the public will have access to state-of-the-art healthcare research, and our investigators will have a simple, cost-free method of recruiting study participants. If your study or trial does not involve human subjects, this online form serves no purpose to you, and there is no need to complete the form. If, however, you are recruiting human subjects, and are interested in a recruiting method that will not impact your budget, please complete the online form.
